Born in 1968 in the beautiful city of Düsseldorf, I decided in 1995, after completing my secondary education and vocational training as a business professional, to settle in Sineu. With the support of my wonderful wife and family, a great deal of hard work, and certainly a bit of luck, we have successfully run our business here in Sineu ever since.

With my company Immobilien-Sineu, I am your reliable partner for buying and selling real estate in the center of Mallorca across all price ranges. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled in a serious, professional, and smooth manner. Only through his consistent and forward-thinking actions was it possible to obtain a tourist rental license for my house in time before the authorities stopped issuing these licenses.
